The Gamoxia name, logo, and original content are the property of Gamoxia and may not be reproduced without permission.

Games hosted on the platform are provided by third-party publishers (GameDistribution, GamePix, GameMonetize, and others) and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Gamoxia does not claim ownership of these games.

6. Advertising

Gamoxia is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. By using the Service you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. You agree not to use ad-blocking software that prevents the display of ads, as this directly impacts our ability to provide a free service. 7. Virtual Currency & Points

Points, badges, and virtual rewards earned on Gamoxia have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual rewards at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Games are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamoxia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Romania.
